Promote and participate in the development of responsible tourism by implementing or developing best practices.
Promote and participate in the development of sustainable tourism by raising awareness of these issues among my clients and implementing or developing the following practices:
Protect the local human and natural heritage, in particular by raising awareness among my clients about respect for the population, traditions and the environment.
Protect and promote local terroirs, in particular by favouring short supply chains and showcasing local products in my establishment.
Do my utmost to minimise the direct and indirect ecological footprint of my activity, in particular by choosing products with a low environmental impact, from eco-responsible and sustainable production chains, and by reducing my waste production.
Manage natural resources responsibly, in particular by implementing and promoting a resource-saving policy.
Integrate greenhouse gas emission reduction targets now, in order to achieve carbon neutrality as soon as possible, and at the latest according to the targets of my country's authorities.
Manage my activity in accordance with the regulations in force in my country, particularly in terms of health, tax and labour law.
Adopt, if possible, a policy of responsible human resources management, in particular by encouraging training for the next generation, access to first jobs, intergenerational exchanges and mentoring, and the reintegration of older people into work and employment.
Adopt or develop inclusive human resources management practices, without distinction or discrimination, in full equality and with respect for people's quality of life.
Finally, to keep informed, to inform, to raise awareness, to transmit internally and externally good practices related to these issues.
