All the strengths and assets presented in « Our Strengths » are available to all our members.

Our membership terms are flexible and allow members to leave the alliance any time they wish. The annual fee will then be paid back pro rata. We know that keeping members who are not committed and don’t find fit in a community is pointless.

What we ask of our members

We only ask for 5 Steps. These 5 steps are generated by our tools, resources and our own commitments. Every member’s involvement is necessary to reach maximum efficiency!

Step 1

Visuals

Members have to use C&C logo relevant to their category in all communication media. Joining C&C is your choice, own it and be proud to display our visuals:

  • On your website(s) using a link to C&C’s relevant website.
  • At the entrance of your property on a C&C plate, whether you choose to purchase it on our Intranet or to have one made by a supplier of your choice.
  • In guest rooms or in the lobby, with our "Excellence Award" triptychs. We send them to all members free of charge.

Our specific signages are quality labels found on every continent. Help us making them live and grow, the more they are used the more guests will trust them and turn to C&C members properties for all their stays.

Bookings made through C&C websites are commission-free.

C&C is an alternative solution to OTAs, so often condemned for abusing their excessive dominant positions.

Members are free to choose their preferred signage, free to choose where to place it, free to choose their colors while taking a loyalty and solidarity pledge.

Step 2

Loyalty Program

Members are required to partake in our «I have charm and character » loyalty program. This program rewards guest’s involvement in increasing our brand notoriety on social media not on the money they spend staying in C&C members’ properties.

With the «I have charm and character » hashtag C&C hospitality professionals can easily identify existing C&C guests and grant them immediate benefits.

Property owners and their teams are also entitled to benefits from C&C loyalty program when they travel.

Sharing on social media

Our members agree to perform 5 basic actions:

  • 1. Create / Manage accounts for their property on their own social media (at least on Facebook and Instagram)
  • 2. Follow our social media accounts and posts
  • 3. Share our posts
  • 4. Use our recommended hashtags
  • 5. Post regularly

Whether we enjoy social media or not, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc. are essential tools for efficient promotion and communication, guaranteed to increase turnover through visitors and guest’s engagement.

C&C offer both free and extra services to guide our members needing assistance for these this step.
